No motorized vehicle of any kind may be operated on the Common Areas and Recreational Areas as depicted upon the plats of Perry Commons.  The only exception will be that vendors under contract to Perry Commons may operate such vehicles as necessary to perform their contractural obligations to maintain the Common Areas and Recreational Areas.

Please note that the rules for the ponds are not covered in the above, as those are covered in the CC&Rs, Section 5, Page 3.
